Holy sh*t. It does sound better in the original Russian.

If you copy and paste his Tweet and put it into Google Translate EN->RU it gives you this:
Школы в нашей стране должны быть открыты как можно скорее. Много очень хорошей информации теперь доступно. @SteveHiltonx @FoxNews
Then, if you reverse it RU->US you get this:
Schools in our country should be open as soon as possible. A lot of very good information is now available. @SteveHiltonx @FoxNews

Wow.

Was Sleepy Joe's poor work ethic as bad as Obama's response to the H1Ni1 epidemic?

Cause that would be a huge step up compared to the work ethic of the guy we have now. Unless watching tv all day is considered work.

Misleading. Look at his whole term. He is still well within the tolerance levels of his term. Nothing has changed. His supporters are beyond help.

Re: POTUS 45.64: Governance By Unhinged Twitter Rants

How is that misleading...that is literally all it is saying. It is showing how he went from a net positive back to what his numbers always are.

Re: POTUS 45.64: Governance By Unhinged Twitter Rants

Who the **** are the 12% of Democrats approving of his response?

I mean, I know the answer, but jeebus.

I assume Haberman is working on the rebuttal for the Times about how this is the moment he will become Presidential...

I assume there's at least a 5% trolling/joking response on these. But those other 7%... I really don't know at this point. Maybe the virus has started voting? And, ya know, Asian, so identifies as Democrat.

I'm sorry, I thought the implication intended was he was cratering.

North Carolina's governor won't commit to allowing full capacity for the RNC in Charlotte, so Trump is threatening to move it.

Not sure that's much a threat. I doubt it's that much of a money maker. Plus NC's governor doesn't exactly give a sh-t.

In the future, when we look back on this dark period, we should resist the temptation to focus solely on Trump himself. To do so would be to excuse those who know exactly what he is but pretend they can work to keep him in office and remain unsullied. They cannot, and their moral culpability becomes clearer every day.

IMO this is the money shot of the entire opinion piece. trump has always been, in addition to the most dangerously unfit person ever to occupy the presidency, a symptom of how ill our society really is. We mock the trump supporters and remind ourselves that at least they seem to be a minority of the population (likely true) but at the same time, look at how much chaos and horror that minority has foisted on our nation. We're teetering on the brink as it is, imagine if instead of 35% of the population, they made up 40%. How many unhinged gun nuts for instance would be among the extra 15,000,000 or so people that might represent? How much more misery would those people bring upon us?

trump is clearly an enemy to the well being of this country. But so are the enablers in power who refuse to place checks on him. So are the willfully blind among us who refuse to see. Blame trump all we can, sure, but the ugly, dangerous, sad truth is he is just one of millions.

Well in comparison to April it is...that is a remarkable drop. He didnt kill the Pandemic Bubble he murdered it. I mean even a mediocre President would be 10 points higher than him. Overall though it just shows where his real cap is.

The fact that he cant even make enough smart decisions to have more than just the morons support him is actually quite amazing.

Having worked an RNC...I can tell you there is a lot of money that floats around to the local business. Losing it would be bad for the local economy in the short term.

Remember it isnt just the Pols coming to town...the media outlets throw money around like it is going out of style. Bars in Saint Paul rented themselves out for the entire period of time for low 7 figures. Hotels made bank there was definitely lots of people who were employed making higher wages than normal.
