Yeah I want to feel bad for her...but I dont. she voted for a man who assaults women, discriminates against Blacks, mocks the disabled and wants to build a wall to keep out the Mexicans...my heart just cant bleed ofr her just because now he is destroying her life too. Elections have consequences...

As I said on election day...I am a white male living in a pretty economically solid state I will be fine. The Trump voters better buy a lot of lube...

Campus liberals shouting people down is not the same thing as this. In fact not even close...hell Czar Urea said Snoop should be punished cause of it. And media members are saying he should be killed...

You arent wrong but your point is not parallel...

I feel like we're missing some of the regular voices around here. I've been waiting for a certain someone to once again claim they don't like trump but then defend his proposed budget, military increases, lies about wiretaps, being a little ***** with other world leaders, and on and on

Yeah but 37% overall. He is going to need every Republican in 4 years (just like he did last November) to have a chance. (cause all those "Well Trump is Different" voters are done with him) Considering how many Republicans he has screwed over since January I dont see that happening so the Dems need to just not run Hillary.

I think it's foolish to think that a door stop with an R crayoned on it won't still have 95% Republican approval by the time the rhetoric used during the campaign does its work in 2020, or in any election. The question will be if people will be motivated to the polls to support him, or motivated to the polls to stop the Democratic nominee. Not running Hillary is going to help the latter problem a lot unless we run some equally unpalatable establishment jackwagon.

Have a conservative friend who says his dad puts an NRA bumper sticker on his car, not because he believes in them. But to '**** off liberals'. So this is probably more common than is believed.

From what I know, liberals primarily bring free speech when there are limits to public protests. Pretty valid in my book.

Conservatives bring it out in daily conversation (and have done so on this site for years). It is often leaned on by conservatives when they want to speak their mind and are criticized for it. In this case, the concept is misused when nobody is stopping anyone from giving their perspectives...yet its being applied to stifle criticism which is also free speech.

Case in point. Chick fil a. A few years ago, the president took a stand against gay marriage and lbgt in general. As a result, there were boycotts. Conservatives came out claiming that liberals were wrong because of the 'free speech' of the president. In the end, nobody tried to stop that representative from giving his opinion...but rather to hold his company responsible for his behavior. Whether left or right, that's as it should be.
