Very straight vertically when with Macron, Trudeau. Very business professional where he "bosses them around."

Slumped over for Putin, Erdogan. As if taking orders or getting his a** reamed for doing wrong.

*Edit* Also, I am unsure of the timing of these photos, but I find it interesting that he uses a red power tie when meeting with US adversaries, and a softer blue tie when meeting with traditional US allies.

So, apparently the Trump Administration has gone to Court arguing that an Impeachment Inquiry cannot be done without a vote in the House. They're calling it Unconstitutional, yet there is NOTHING in the Constitution that requires such a thing.

Does the Pocket Constitution crowd even read the document they are carrying around?

They never cared about the Constitution any more than they cared about small government.

They want their way. They'd prefer a tyranny where they win than a democracy where half the time they lose.

It will get worse before it gets better. The good news is almost everybody has by now realized that 25% of the country is beyond hope.

Containment. They are already on the way to creating their own backwards ethno-national state within a state.

They will extinguish themselves in time.

It's getting a lot worse. We have 1 party of the 2 party system now adopting a platform of which the President of the United States is above the law. They won't indict him (DOJ), they won't let the House investigate him (blocking every avenue here), and now they won't let the House impeach him.

This makes most Banana Republics seem sane.

As we said when Chump was elected (and with total GOP/KKK control of Congress as well), its going to get a lot worse before it gets worse.

To be fair though...they would go back on that in a heartbeat in 2020 if the Dems win ;)

I know but it will just kick off another cycle of his disparagements where, Dump-like, he'll try to desperately project all his own deficiencies onto anybody else but him and only wind up pointing the finger right back at himself. Better to just let it lay.

Except, none of our troops have left Syria. They just pulled back from the area bordering Turkey, so Erdogan could get his Kurd massacre on.

Also, Donnie isn't doing business with the Kurds.

They don't care. Republicans believe Democrats shouldn't be allowed to govern. That they are illegitimate office holders.

As Kep said, Republicans want to be in charge, by any means necessary. Laws, norms, Constitution be dammed. All that matters is them wielding power, any way they can.
