Its the only thing he knows about negotiating. Bluster and bully until the other guy comes to you to make a deal on your terms.

He has never comprehended that the US needs a lot of these other countries more than they need the US, and whatever they do need from the US, they can get from a dozen other countries just as easily.

If we are in a serious downturn next November, it will bury him. And I will happily give up a chunk of my investments to get him out of the WH and hopefully into civil and criminal courts for the foreseeable future.
