POTUS 45:56 Biden Memes to Own the Cons!

Re: POTUS 45:56 Biden Memes to Own the Cons!

They're buying plastic straws for $1.50 apiece, let alone what ungodly shipping fees they're being charged.

But hey, they're owning the libs. Just like those clowns who burned their $100 Nikes, or blasted their Yeti coolers with shotguns

That's the one that's blowing my mind. What on earth is the possible reason for wanting plastic straws "protected" or whatever these snowflakes want?

My god, the paper ones are fine. Or hell, maybe they can learn to drink directly from a ****ing cup like an adult.

I don't care. I use plastic straws cause that's what they give me. If they gave me paper ones tomorrow, I wouldn't give a crap.

But I'm not a narcissistic snowflake.

Just for you scooby:

“Ken Cuccinelli, acting director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, said Tuesday that the poem etched on the Statue of Liberty welcoming immigrants to America should include a line qualifying that they be able to “stand on their own two feet.”

Re: POTUS 45:56 Biden Memes to Own the Cons!

The Irish, French, Wops, Squareheads and Dagos didn't look too different from us, and yet all have faced discrimination and prejudice in this country at one time or another

They did look different, though. You're not seeing them with earlier eyes. There was a time in our history when each* of those groups except the French were not considered "white." It is obvious to me that within 25 years Latinos will be "white."

* Though I don't know what a "Squarehead" is. That's a new one to me.

Sundown, you'd better be scared
When the President can't even find the aircraft stairs
Sometimes, I wish we'd forebode
Did we really give this idiot the nuclear codes?

May he burn in hell.

You should all read the whole thread. Here are some excerpts.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Trump is telling his usual story about how roads should be straight, but sometimes they're planned to be oddly curvy to avoid "nesting" and other environmental problems, and then, after 21 years, regulators reject the proposal anyway.</p>— Daniel Dale (@ddale8) <a href="https://twitter.com/ddale8/status/1161341635575320576?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">August 13, 2019</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Re: POTUS 45:56 Biden Memes to Own the Cons!

Unlikely.

He once slapped Donald Jr for wearing a baseball cap when they were going to leave for a Yankees game.

Re: POTUS 45:56 Biden Memes to Own the Cons!

Apparently the chairman of Marvel is a big Trump donor. No more avengers movies for this household.

Didn't watch Deadwood, huh?

Not sure of the exact nationality, but our board friends from the Midwest can explain. Believe they're people of Norweigian and similar Scandinavian decent who settled much of the plains states and upper Midwest in the 1800's. The sheep farmers as opposed to the cattle ranchers. So named for their squarish facial features.

Interesting. I think Scandinavians were always considered "white," along with English, French, and Germans.

My general idea of racial categories circa 1850 and the rough year in which they became "white":

White (English, Welsh, German, Scandinavian, French)

1880 Celtic (Irish, Scottish)

1900 Baltic (Polish, Ruthenian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Finnish)

1920 Mediterranean (Spanish, Italian, Greek)

1930 Slavic (Russian, Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian, Slovene)

1950 Jewish

Coming soon:

Balkan

Turko-Hunic

Berber

Iranic

Arab

Latino

They are. Still didn't stop them from experiencing discrimination and prejudice from "real 'Muricans" afraid these newcomers were gonna steal their jobs and destroy their way of life.

Nothing changes in America. There's always a new underclass to hate, and blame for your lack of success or misfortune
