Kinda. Now, the NYT was able to verify that the numbers actually jive with what they were eluded to. They were able to get independent sources to verify the numbers and they were able to also match up Fred Trump's paper returns with actual IRS data to confirm that their numbers are good.
*edit* And they were able to get 10 years of previously unreleased tax returns from the mid '80's to the mid '90's that show just how broke he was.

Yeah it is tough to tell...if she is it is obviously because she became persona non grata amongst the Nazis but the important thing is not whether her motives are pure or not but that others might she this story and get out before it is too late. She destroyed her career and her life because she had low self esteem.
