According to a new Quinnipiac University Poll, 51 percent of Floridians say they “definitely won’t” be voting for Trump again if he is the Republican Party's nominee in the 2020 election. Another 31 percent say they “definitely would” cast a ballot for the president and 14 percent say they would consider voting for Trump.

Though if Ted Cruz was bludgeoned to death by a hobo the Senate would likely vote to honor the latter.

FL polls tend to be super inaccurate too, I want to say all the polls showed Gillum leading there in his race and I think that might've been true for their senate race as well.

60 is needed to end debate, so needless to say that comes into play a lot more than a veto override.

Does it really make a difference if they won't no and then can't override the veto, or is just grandstanding?

Not for long...by the time election day came out both were pick ems or within the margin for error. (which is how they ended up I believe)

Now I am not saying this means anything...but it is never good when you are a Right Winger losing in a poll done that at best leans Right. (to put it mildly) It makes me laugh :)
