I have lived in Sweden for many years and still visit and work there from time-to-time. The country is very close to having both a social and economic bubble bursting. I believe there are 55 "no-go zones" in all of Sweden(most in the southern parts). This means ambulances when going into these areas have police escorts and police tend to stay out of the area due to fake emergencies and there cars being lit on fire. In Sweden it is illegal for the police to state the race or what the criminal looks like...to avoid profiling. They have taken in way too many people in such a short time that they have kicked Swedes out of housing to make room for new residents to the country.

On the economic bubble bursting....The housing market in Stockholm is out of control. The apartment prices have been skyrocketing for about 15 years and the mortgage terms are crazy by US standards. The way it is set up, it would take 100 years to pay off the apartment, people's mortgage bill is almost all interest and "condo fees". The idea is that you just keep upgrading apartments, because you can sell your apartment for a large profit in a year or two. When the bubble hits, you will have most of Stockholm unable to pay off there apartments/cars/etc. People in Stockholm generally, live paycheck to paycheck with the fall back being they can always sell there apartment for a nice profit.

In regards to the comments made that an attack happened over the weekend is in accurate, but the light has been shined on Sweden and the problems they are currently experiencing from taking in mass refugees without much of a plan or housing for them.


Back to topics on these threads, the great divide amongst the American people is unreal. A divided people is much easier to control for both government parties....which in the end are probably the same people running both.

Yeah, and this is where the others should've told Maher to Fark off in the same breath they went after Milo. Milo is an obvious troll, but Maher willingly gave him airtime to troll.

That would be a cynical view ... that I too have been holding inside for a while.

If feels like we've all been convinced (coerced?) to pick a side and make a bet in a massive game.

The problem? --> What's the game? ... And who's taking the vig.

Just because you and I dont like what the troll has to say doesnt mean people should not give him a platform if they want to. Maher can make his own choices and he did. I doubt his audience cared that much ESPECIALLY after hearing Larry Wilmore tell Milo to F off and having the Former Intelligence worker tell Milo to F himself because he isn't even from America and insulted his ability to think cause he dared question the horrible rhetoric.

It isnt like anyone watching the how will wake up tomorrow all of a sudden backing Milo and Breitbart cause of the interview. Hell Andrew Breitbart himself used to be on the show all the time so it isnt like this anything new. Maher has them on so he can poke holes in their BS for everyone to see.

I get what you are saying...but the President lying (and he lied, he wasnt shining a light he went in front of people/cameras and implied Sweden was under attack) cannot be spun the way you are spinning it. Sweden's problems (if there are any) have nothing to do with what he was talking about. It is a logical fallacy.

Soros. Who else? Look where Paul Ryan, Marco Rubio, and John McCain get their funding... after all, they're required to disclose by law, so the info's there.

Last Week Tonight wasn't as good this week. It was on Russia for the most part. So bored with that topic. Until someone actually gets the goods it will fizzle out. Course if Hill were in office and the Republicans were in control of the Houses of Congress we'd have full scale investigation meltdown going on.

That's what I'm waiting for now.

Just the fact that the Republicans continue to whine about the Democrats even with full power over everything SANs that pesky Constitution just makes me want to power vomit all over the screen.
