You're not wrong; but Mueller not having taken shot yet gives the visual that he doesn't have that clear shot (or does but doesn't know it -- Kep scenario).

Robert Mueller would not sit on something impeachment worthy and dither making a great case perfect.

Uh, huh. And yet this investigation has taken less time then your beloved Benghazi. And, the investigation on Hillary Clinton continues. Yet, all of those are not on your mythical timeline.

Knowing Mueller is neither, I'd say that Mueller doesn't have anything that rises to impeachable.

I was out at a Happy Hour for work the other night and two of them piped up. I kept my yap shut. Unfortunately I got into it with somebody here at work who I did not think was a Trumper. Relearned a valuable lesson.

If I were 18 again I would be moving.

That isn't my scenario.

My scenario is he already has more than enough but there's yet even more and he's being thorough.

I do not expect him to recommend indictment (really, impeachment) in the final report. I expect him to lay out all the information. That's pretty much what he can do. At that point the GOP face a simple choice: are they traitors? If they don't do their job because of the letter after Dump's name, they are traitors.

I see it as: Got the facts; not his job to determine whether that is "it." Under normal circumstances you would indict. The question with the President is can he indict, can he recommend to indict, or can he just put the facts before everyone and then let the Constitutional process for dealing with a criminal President play out. My assumption is Mueller is a process guy and he will simply do the latter.

I'd be perfectly fine with him recommending indictment, to do which evidently you must first impeach, in fact I'd be happy if he did since that would put even more pressure on a GOP I regard as traitorous. But I don't expect it.

He's not sitting on anything. He's crossing t's and dotting i's. When he issues his report it will be thorough and damming.
