Deripaska, a Russian oligarch who is close to the Kremlin and who has claimed that Mr. Manafort owed him money from a failed business venture, the person said. All of that existed in the 60’s, too. But the blohards who didn’t want to pay taxes were more ignored.

Proper Forest Management? Most of that ****ing forest that is burning is owned by the Federal Government. It's his ****ing job to make sure it gets managed.
