I can only imagine how different Trump would talk about Puerto Rico if they could actually vote.

Many of them will in November. Huge numbers fled to Texas and Florida- plenty to tip the balance. And they've been there long enough to qualify to vote locally.
I met some while visiting family that were planning on going to Maryland- and they showed me a picture of their non-house.
Puerto Rico IS better, but that has barely anything to do with the President, almost as little to do with both FEMA and the Puerto Rican governor, and all to do with hard working people. And it's pathetic that dumpy wants to make it political. A natural disaster political.
God help those who are in the path of hurricanes this year, as there will be no leadership to help you.
(BTW, the ONLY reason Puerto Rico would be blue is identity politics- otherwise they are equally distributed between conservative and liberal- just like every place else)
