I disagree with her premise. I believe everyone on the right believes that but frankly sitting from where I am I've watched you guys go so far right I can't even see you from where I am anymore.

I think what happened is all this stuff was under the radar before and now it's out in the open and apparently the folks on the right forgot that the Constitution actually says what it says about Free Speech, and Freedom of Religion, and equality under the law. Silly concepts but some of us have always known that. Jeff Sessions seems to have long forgotten it if he ever knew it.

So Cohen was trying to hide who the name of his 3rd client is in court today, turns out it's none other than Sean Hannity. Freaking hilarious.

So an investigation into Russian election meddling is now into the unsavory exploits of radio talk show hosts because of raiding an attorney's office files about other clients.

Cohen is under a completely separate investigation from Mueller's. Although it's likely that he's tangled up in Mueller's as well since it leaked last week that Mueller has proof that Cohen was indeed in Prague (to meet with Russians on a variety of topics as reported in the Steele dossier, he claims he never went to Prague). We'll see, but Cohen is in his own hot water regardless.

Roseanne is left but not liberal. She's the type who gets the wind up conservatives and who they are always conflating with liberals either ignorantly or cynically. She comes out of the Green / coercive left that really does want you to sit down and shut up and let them run things for your own good -- the very opposite of the egalitarian, self-deterministic, equal opportunity leftism of liberalism.

Roseanne : Left :: Buchanan : Right

It's less ideas than personal ambition and a strong tendency towards totalitarian thinking.

So investigating a lawyer now allows for naming every single client that lawyer has represented?

"We think Perry Mason defrauded Joe Schmoe and the city on a jay-walking case he respresented on. Let's get all of Mason's client files and find out everything about the rest of Mason's clients. Who knows ... some other names and clients and cases may 'leak' out."

Something about that comes off as very wrong.


Who here's been divorced* and had the settlement sealed? Would you want those documents swept up in what you thought were privileged attorney/client files and released in such a manner?

how do you know if there's a lawyer/client privilege if you don't know who the clients are?

What I have said:

How in the world is Sean Hannity drug into an investigation of Cohen representing an RNC < bleep >?

Hannity's name was swept up in Cohen's files as another client.

Something about that just feels wrong.
