They'll only be able to fit one or two letters. I mean, it's hard to do smaller print in crayon.

:p

The other option seems to be to continue to throw money at problems until we've maxed out our credit or don't have enough taxpayers left to cough up enough money to keep it going. Not exactly a great plan either.

This is why I hate America now. Part of solving the problem is solving it economically. Instead we just puss out and throw up our hands and give up. *******.

we spend more per capita than any other country on earth, yet our system is not universal nor is it the best (look at things like infant mortality, life expectancy, etc)

impose a payroll tax on businesses that is less than what they are now contributing to employee health plans and on the employee that is less than what they now pay for a premium and we would have more than enough money for medicare for all

Were getting worse on all the stats, too. Wait times are getting bad

And yet, people from other countries still flock here for health care... maybe because they can actually get it on demand, and not wait for a death panel to allow it...

No I fear him worse than Trump. Kelly wants nuclear war...

Very smart idea to fear Kelly. He, along with Bilderberg McMaster, have been trying to isolate the President, just like they did with Nixon, but Trump has been becoming the wiser.

Were in the middle of the pack of the OECD nations on wait times . Netherlands, France and Switzerland all have less wait times that the US for specialists

Our system is a joke.

And how many people are flocking to those countries for health care? Oh right, none. As usual, you miss the point.

No, we just wait for the insurance company to allow it.

One month to see an orthopedist. Another two weeks for an MRI. Yeah, best system in the world.

I suppose if I was a rich person from another country coming here, those results would be different. But, they'd be different if I were a rich person here.

If that's true you may want to broaden your provider search. There were MRI openings 3-4 days after called to make the appointment. They didn't fit our schedule so we pushed it out longer so it was better for us. But it was there and you could get in relatively quickly if you needed or wanted to.
