So a guy is being interviewed by a Congressional committee.
Was it a closed hearing? If not, Bannon could sit there and Tweet-cast or Facebook-Live the whole thing and wait for "comments" before responding. If it was a closed or classified hearing, yes, that is a problem ... for Bannon and his attorney.
And it can only be "obstruction" in the closed hearing scenario; but, again, for those breaking the hearing "cone of silence" (Bannon and his attorney).

The other option seems to be to continue to throw money at problems until we've maxed out our credit or don't have enough taxpayers left to cough up enough money to keep it going. Not exactly a great plan either.
