But as EMAILZ! dragged on, most at least agreed that Hilary wouldn't/shouldn't face criminal charges either(or in certain cases here where they didn't, backed up the argument with the respected legal opinion of post-aneurysm Rudy Guiliani to prove that they shouldn't be taken seriously), but latched on to the "extremely careless" remark from the anal retentive dip****'s statement as proof that she was dangerous and unqualified and that made her unfit to be president. That logic doesn't hold up now that those same people have been backed into the corner and forced to say being dangerous and unqualified doesn't matter, as long as you're president. There's still complete hypocrisy there.
The big difference, which you pointed out yourself is the president can do that. The Sec. of State cannot.
