Well the students have returned and I am sure the team will be on the ice soon for some pre-season. I will be fortunate enough to attend many if not all home games this season. I consider last season another positive building block for the program. So now is the year the Bears have a few more playoff games? I certainly hope so. Let's GO BEARS!

Already filled... Mike Vailliancourt. From his web page, sounds like he did Liberty Hockey at the college level and some minor pro. If he did, he's used to Canadians.

Bummer news heard today. Jon Hall will not be returning to Potsdam this season as he graduated early. I won't say exactly what he will be doing in the near future but I wouldn't be speeding on any Vermont highways. Great for him and thanks for every Jon!

The home opener is only days away. I am very excited for this season, even though we lost Jon Hall I am confident in our 'tending situation. The Bears offense should be one of the best that we've had in quite a few years. Friday cannot get here fast enough!

It (the Canton/Plattsburgh game) is Saturday!!! All this time I was thinking Friday - that makes it FAR easier for me to get there before it starts!!!
If work brings me to Hogansburg Friday, I will try to get to the Potsdam game.
