Good morning Lodge.
The parasite starts kindergarten next week. Last night we took her stuffie to school to have a stuffie sleepover with the other kindergartener's stuffies. Today is the school's open house and we'll get to pick her stuffie up and potentially see pictures of what shenanigans the stuffies were up to as they spent the night at school.

Howdy Lodge. My brother has been visiting the past couple of weeks and staying at mom's which has been super helpful for me. But he flies back tomorrow morning. Right when the busiest time of my work starts. Should be interesting.

Such adventures.
mum les ended up in Long Term Care yesterday. It hasn't been smooth, nice or fun. She's been her... self. Calling people, hanging up without talking so people are worried. People calling looking to find out if she is OK. She's dissociating and telling people all sorts of stuff that is not true. They believe it, get upset and then need to be enlightened. THis leads to them relating other things that are similar. Grief, frustration, anger, sadness, confusion and guilt that people need to work thru when they call. It has been worse than I could have imagined. Think of the stories of the past on steroids.
Meanwhile the stove at camp caught fire and things need to be replaced. In a seasonal camp. That should be closed in 4 weeks but we may not be able to get stuff done. And it is an insurance claim so everything is a mess.
