No idea- I think I was at the HHT and then the *HT but it could be reversed.
Redoing a floor in an upstairs room. Engineered wood floor. What a nightmare. mr les put it in. It was awful, bowing, huge gaps but he was willing to make do. lilnsl took a look. Declared it looked like sh1t, got a new box of the flooring, pulled out half the floor. No improvement. mr les has been... difficult... about it - he should have given up after the first few rows. Product is horrible. lilnsl called the store and started a claim. mr les had refused to deal with it but lilnsl was a man on a mission. Now on hold while we wait to see if they have to come out to assess. Meanwhile my house is still in disarray (polite way to refer to how things are crammed into places because the room is emptied.
