I believe the first year Plattsburgh went to the chairback seats was the 2008-2009 season.

You are correct sir! That year Plattsburgh installed new boards, glass, lighting (take a hint Elmira), seating, and of course, that infamous clock! ( I still dont know if it works!) Great facility!
