Woo! My dad (who has only seen about 5 hockey games ever - 3 of which I've taken him to) is watching the USA-Canada game. I just called to make sure everything was okay (called a few times, didn't leave a message) - he said he was busy watching the game and he'd call tomorrow.

Nope, if you have possession, you can basically do whatever you want at the blueline.

Thats what I thought...usually when you skate backwards into the zone wit h the puck...you are offsides :confused:

Nash illustrates the little known rule that you can enter the offensive zone before the puck as long as you have possession of the puck.
