This is what I see. ECAC and WCHA are the big ones. Union and Quinnipiac winning is everything. If Cornell AND Colgate advance, goodnight.

NU has a great shot , Quin. and Union going to rollover their opponents , not going to be to many upsets to many decent teams in position and far superior. GOOD LUCK DOGS

I think if 2 of 3 between Minn. State, Colgate and Cornell lose, that's the golden path. I think UND or Lowell winning HEA helps too?

Yes I just ran Cornell and Colgate both losing and Minn State winning this weekend. If UNH only get in if they win HE, so as long as Min State and UNH do not win the auto bids and Cornell and Colgate lose, then NU is in. Unreal that 2 teams lose in Qtr finals, #5seed NU and #7 seed VT, and #4seed UNH needs to win whole thing to get in. UNH upsets Providence on Friday they wtill are not in.

I can find us in as high as 13th with some crazy upset scenarios. Easiest scenario I see is that the only "upset" is Quinnipiac over Colgate (I don't know if it really is an upset since Quinnipiac has the better record). If all higher seeds win in this scenario then we're in and most likely going to Bridgeport to play Union. If there is a big upset or if Miami wins the NCHC, then we might be looking on the outside looking in.

Basically despite the doom and gloom, if Quinnipiac and Union handle their business, NU is very likely to make it. Do you really think UNH wins HEA? Nope.

I got NU up to 12th in one scenario. Color me shocked.

We have to hope for no upsets. That's what we're rooting for.

AHA: Who cares, but I took the favorites.
B10: Penn State and Mich State, then favorites from there.
ECAC: Favorites
HEA: Notre Dame over UNH
NCHC: Denver over Miami, W. Michigan winning the consolation game
WCHA: Ferris State over Bowling Green

So add NCHC to the ECAC and WCHA mix. North Dakota needs to win it. If West Mich, and Denver are both outside on PWR. If either of them win NCHC then NU is out.

I just reconfirmed it with North Dakota losing to Miami, not enough to get North Dakota out. Hopefully someone can prove me wrong here, but this makes me more nervous now.

I had Denver winning it and we're fine. All 4 teams are on the bubble or outside so I don't think it matters too much.
