And...... then you look at the Gophers' previous five non-conference games, and you'll notice an unfortunate trend. I predict that game won't turn out well for them.

Congrats Beavers on a job well done! Good luck tomorrow defending your NSCC title against a very good SCSU team.

SCSU barely won that game.

The best part was some Kato fan threw tomorrow's tickets at DL and me. We already have tickets for tomorrow. So we tell my hubby and HBK that they are coming tomorrow.

Another tough night for the perpetually declining stinky town, perennial powerhouse #34Bemidji State beats pride on ice UMTC 4-2 at their own tournament hosted at the Xcel Energy center in front of another 2,000 fans. Is there any end to this slippery slide into the tubes?!

Day 2. Predictions?

I think the Mankato/Minnesota game would be a good one. Mankato is good on the forecheck. SCSU cannot take Bemidji lightly.

Should be two good games. If Mankato plays like yesterday they'll get it done. SCSU needs to play more consistent. If they do they'll win by two plus.

And someone needs to tell the play-by-play guy Benik is pronounced Benik, not Renik.
