If the penalty was reviewable, I doubt a 5 would've been made. Tough call to make when the refs are seeing the hit live and don't have slow-mo.

Didn't look like a bad hit to me.

Edit: Wait, I mean it did look like an illegal hit. That POS Gopher player deserved the 5. :p
