North Dakota Offseason Thread

I think the interlocking ND logo at center ice looks pretty slick. Of course, nothing will look as good as the Fighting Sioux logo being there but the ND logo is definitely better than the script text they had last season.

People seem to forget that at the Old Ralph the interlocking ND was at center ice. I really like it.

Logo looks much better now that it doesn't look almost exactly like Notre Dame. Upgrade!

I could see Mitch Mac, Gaarder, and O'Donnell being on short leashes and being switched out with Johnson and Chyzyk if the need arises.
Panzarella could get thrown in if a little muscle is needed instead of finesse. The freshmen D trio of Thompson, Ausmus, and Stecher might get scrambled each weekend...I would think LaDue will be in the lineup each night.

That's a lot of freshman on the ice. If Tambellini performs anything like advertised, that line could take over for Knight, Kristo and ______. I think Mitch Mac had better come out of gate fast or he sits - a lot. Pretty much the same with O'Donnell. I would like to see all the freshman get some ice time, but not all in the same game!

Coach won't let me suit up until after Xmas. I guess I missed the enrollment deadline for fall semester, so I have to wait until spring semester. Oh well, it will give me time for conditioning. ;)

How about an all-frosh line with Tambellini-Johnson-Murphy, coupled with 2 entire d-pairings of LaDue-Stecher and Thompson-Ausmus? :)

We could all take a shot every time we see a "freshman mistake".

UND will never take vf. VF is a nice guy, wife, upstanding businessman, all around good guy. Not the Whioux's type.

You're forgetting the most important part. I play at an Intermediate Adult League level...that puts me about 26 levels below the practice squad. :)
