Well, Forbort deserved the penalty he got. It was stupid. Saying that, they could have called each team about a dozen times this game for similar plays that happened earlier. They apparently just chose that particular instance to give Forbort a penalty.

Chay didn't really take a blow to the head. Dee more or less guided him into the boards.

Its why I said what I said earlier about it being a very poor call. I don't have a problem with the Forbort penalty but ignoring the hit on Chay also clearly after the whistle seems to have been ignored.

I came on the thread to point out that perhaps UND fanatics' obsessive and insulting remarks after the first poll were a bit misguided, in light of recent events. If you don't like it, don't read it... and if you don't want to be called out on your retorts, don't make them in the first place.

I didn't see any NoDak remarks on Chris Lerch's entry from the same week, in which he posted a very similar ballot. Maybe Sioux fans have an anti-me bias.

By all means, please drop UND off the rankings completely and over-inflate the rankings of some ECAC team.
One, rankings don't mean squat to begin with. And two, it'll only give us another reason to laugh at you later on this season. :D

And, after reading the rest of your posts on here...are you really this immature for someone that "represents" USCHO? Seriously, grow up a bit and learn to take some criticism like a man.

So Sioux fans hurt your feelings and this was your revenge. Perhaps you shouldn't be a writer with such sensitivities.

I also don't see Chris Lerch in here posting in the thread.

I'd have more respect for your opinion if you didn't have the maturity of a 5 year old. I never followed your blog, and I never made any retorts. Trust me, I make no plans on following what you do.
