But what if UND changes their name to the Fighting Ditka's?![]()
You totally redeemed yourself with this one. Nice work.

Yeah, they capitalized. Doesn't mean they would have scored even strength. Just saying obviously UAA was in position to win the game with 5 minutes left. So maybe they beat the Gophers 1 or maybe 2 times out of ten. So to say the Gophers beat UND 9 out of 10 games is PREPOSTEROUS.
Is your hypothetical banner that "Jan Brady U" is hanging going next to the "Yay, we beat the Gophers. Our season is complete" banner that you Gophers fans have imagined.
Sorry, I was rewatching the 3rd period from last night. And, yes I think the Gophers win 90% of the games played against that UND team if both teams play to their potential. The biggest difference is defense and goaltending. That is where the games between these two teams are won and lost. UND is worse in those facets and loses.Okay, now let's get back to my point. Do you think the Gophers beat UND 9 times out of 10?
Is the defense for UND that bad?
Just to be clear I was talking about the men's team. I'm not sure the UND men could beat the Minnesota women's team more than 50% of the time but they would sure give us a run for our money.Okay, now let's get back to my point. Do you think the Gophers beat UND 9 times out of 10?
I think the 90% idea is preposterous. No way the Gophs could win that high a percentage. Or ar we still competing for the most over-top-statement?
By the way, watching the Eagan goalie, I think since the Goph don't get to play outside today, in the spirit of Hockey Day in MN, Wilcox should wear a stocking cap over his helmet.
I don't go to Culvers very often. Any Whioux fans want my tickets from last night for some free Culvers?
LOL!
Has there ever been a series thread that got locked because it got to 1000 posts?
Because this one is getting in towards that realm.
It feels like that used to be the norm back when I first started posting...
