NMU @ Penn State: Easily the Dirtiest Place on Earth.....

Re: NMU @ Penn State: Easily the Dirtiest Place on Earth.....

Good to see Fred Pletsch remembers who the 'Cats are. Called Gerard Hanson Greger (who graduated years ago). Their graphics said Rob Lehtinen's name was "John."

But hey, at least the graphics call us "N Michigan" this time around.

I seem to recall you guys playing Michigan in basketball a couple seasons ago and were known as UNM on the scorebug.

Yep, that seems to be their typical typo regarding us. Last I checked I graduated as a Wildcat, not a Los Lobos.

And Max Gardiner involved in a scrum around Mattias Dahlstrom and Gardiner steps on Dahlstroms wrist cutting him while trying to get up. Dahlstrom taken off the ice by Doc Lehtinen.

I really, really, really, hate Penn State.

And again, just like the Friday night vs MTU game, there isn't any quit in the 'Cats. They're still trying to grit this one out.

Wow, what a great game, glad to see Penn State come back from down 4-1....again! Pegula was rocking and honestly, 60 shots? Penn State deserved better than a tie.

Penn State's entire offense is designed around putting up incredible amounts of shots. It's like saying Baylor deserves to win every game because of their passing yards.

Re: NMU @ Penn State: Easily the Dirtiest Place on Earth.....

Penn State put up an insane amount of shots this weekend. Regardless, NMU should have won both games. They need to work on maintaining their Lead when they have it. Saturdays game was intense. Might have been a tie, but with the shootout, they got the emotion all victory.
