NMU at Miami - Oct 22 & 23

Re: NMU at Miami - Oct 22 & 23

Hey! The ccha will still have. Umm. Bowling green. Maybe... Ooh and western! So it'll be the MAC and D2.

Yay! NMU will fit right in with the AHA part II. Not that this team deserves better than that the way they've been playing this year.

If you say so....Spell check on word spelt it corroded, but I don't have a clue how to spell it just keeping people informed.

The word you are spelling is the past tense of corrode. The parts of the circulatory system are the carotid artery and carotid vein. Thanks for keeping us informed. Very scary incident and glad to see Will is doing well from what it seems.

So when God was handing out common sense and the gift of sarcasm, were you in the corner eating paint chips?

See...sarcasm only works when people can actually tell that you're being sarcastic. Otherwise, you're just a big dolt!

Guess which one you are?

and btw, they told me they were Fritos!

If only spell check gave you more info. I typed it into spell check with an a instead of o and it gave me that spelling. Oh well, will is doing much better. In a lot of pain but things have gone well for him since the horrific accident.

With every cheeseburger I corrode my carotid artery though.

Are you trying to tell me that you are Canadian and don't understand sarcasm?

So what happened to Weber? Was another player knocked over and a flailing skate got him or was he knocked down to the ice?

A photo of the moment before the injury. Shows all you really need to understand how the injury occured.

Weber seems to be doing well and is in good spirits. His Facebook status update a few hours ago: "talk about a pain in the neck " and a tweet from Connor Knapp: "Weber is home. Smiling because he gets to play Xbox for 4 days straight."

Wow, Walt sure had the boys ready to play tonight. What an amazing coach. If we had any less of a coach we may have lost that game 13-1 or maybe even 14-1.

It's time for change to come to NMU, Walt has proven he is ineffective as coach, if he had any decency he would have his resignation papers on the AD's desk first thing Monday morning after tonight's travesty.

Seems like you said the same thing last year.

Re: NMU at Miami - Oct 22 & 23

. The excuses keep pouring in from the biggest homer of them all. Take off the rose-colored glasses Davy, this team is a giant pile.

I was quite critical of our play on Saturday night. The team has not performed to my expectations, and I'm sure they haven't performed to theirs or the coaches either. But because I don't feel the coach should be fired, I must be some kind of rose colored glass wearing uber homer. The bottom line is that over the past 8 years among D-II schools in the CCHA, NMU has more wins, more trips to the Joe, the fewest losing seasons and is tied for most NCAA tourney appearances.

Go ahead, hide behind your screen name and fling your venom. At least I never say anything on the boards or on the air that I don't have the guts to say to the individual personally. I'll back up what I say or post. You don't have the intestinal fortitude to do the same. Or you are smart enought to not even make an attempt.

Re: NMU at Miami - Oct 22 & 23

You mean when you wanted the coach fired six games into the season and they made the NCAA? What a stroke of genius that would have been. Of course, maybe you want the program to perform, in the long term, more like its UP rivals.
