Very classy to have that fedora hanging near the bench. I'm assuming they're planning to do it for the rest of the year.

One last Murray story for 2010: He got a bench penalty one time for slamming the bench door shut. It was, IIRC, the only one he ever got at DU. A.D. Hoyt Brawner came running over to the referee's crease and advised that rabbit eared SOB that if he ever made a call like that again, he was done in the WCHA. Done. Like Gwoz said in the taped piece, the two words that most accurately described Murray were "class" and "integrity." Amen.
