Assuming the Rangers win, it's the 5th time in 7 series all time the Caps will have blown a 2-0 series lead.

Caps have now lost 5 of their last 7 series where they were up 2-0....

Last year they beat the Broons in the first round, I believe as the lower seed. Yesterday, there was speculation that the expected Broons first round collapse this year would cost Claude Julien his job.

Did I hear correctly that the Rangers and Bruins haven't played in the playoffs since 1973?

DGB twatted earlier this month that the only team in the playoffs this season that had advanced out of the first round each of the past two seasons was the Caps. Just sayin'

So, I thought the Bracket Challenge was a round-by-round pick, not an all at once pick. Oops. Anyone else want to do round-by-round picks?

You do realize he picks from a BAJILLION tweets, right?

So maybe the Bruins needed me home in Massachusetts. The last two games they lost I was in Michigan. The Red Wings won both games when I was in Michigan. Interesting. If the Bruins and Red Wings meet in the Cup, I am not leaving to go anywhere!! (I am in no way insinuating this match up will happen!!!)

Haha yes, I know. Generally I usually pick more unique guys, who will be less picked. But tonight, went Lupul and Bergeron.

More than likely. The Rangers were in the Patrick Division and Bruins in the Adams.

Good point, I forgot about that (or, more precisely, forgot that the playoffs used to be structured by division and not conference).
