Wow. Terrible news. Definitely hard to hold back emotions reading that.

Hawks and Jets have Humboldt on the backs of their sweaters tonight. Tonight we play for the name on the back.

A very sombre Coach's Corner tonight. :(

The Sedin's, after their final game, didn't keep the game puck. They gave it to Saskatchewan native Derek Dorsett. Always and forever first class guys.

Panthers will beat the Bruins, meaning Tampa wins the Atlantic, and will face the Devils. Bruins and Maple Leafs 2.0.

Bwahahahahahaha. The fact that two game fours are being broadcast on it (Lightning/Devils, Ducks/Sharks) leads to plenty of jokes.

The problem is the NHL screwed themselves by forcing a higher tier package for their channel when it provided much less than MLB Network. The pi**ing match between Comcast/NHL and ATT locked out a good chunk of poyential viewers.

Even with the sale to MLBAM, I haven't watched it, but I'm told it's gotten better (which wasn't difficult).

So, to get the most eyeballs on their games, they need to use the NBC network of channels (CNBC, USA, Bravo, MSNBC, Golf, etc.).

I wonder if Univision or Telemundo will be carrying the Vegas games.
