Are the cis okay?
Carry on.
Stick that your pipe, and smoke it Bill Daly!
(sidenote: I would bet he was the unnamed "NHL official" in Scott's story)
My bet is on Colin Campbell.
Apparently, the league offered 3 choices for the fan vote for MVP and guess who wasn't one of the choices?
Sorry NHL, this isn't your story to write and you can't tell us what we want.
Scott won again through the equivalent of a write-in.
My son found a t-shirt online that says "John Scott - the People's Captain."
Might need one of those.
Let's put it this way. I have a Wild jersey, unlettered. Got it in the first year of their existence. Wanted a true player, a workhorse, someone who wasn't a star, per se. Boogey was a finalist to make the jersey....but after this? Gotta give it to Scott. He will be on that jersey.
Yeah, when you look back at all the publicity for this thing and the way they handled John Scott at this event, it is obvious to me that he got traded because someone high up in the Coyotes didn't want him representing them at the All-Star game. This whole situation is a microcosm of the NHL: Succeeding in spite of themselves.
The Coyotes are the biggest losers. Imagine the marketing possibilities from this for them? Could've made an impact in Arizona. Instead they get nothing but to further wallow in their own incompetence.
Yeah, think about a potential Coyotes season ticket holder seeing this. They gotta be thinking "if this how they treat one of their players, how are they gonna treat me?" What a bunch of idiots in that organization, John Scott could've been wearing Coyotes logos through this whole thing. And now they get what deserve: Absolutely nothing.Yeah, when you look back at all the publicity for this thing and the way they handled John Scott at this event, it is obvious to me that he got traded because someone high up in the Coyotes didn't want him representing them at the All-Star game.
Who ever came to that conclusion and anyone that allowed that to happen within the Coyotes lost big time today.
Either that or updating their resumes...I imagine their marketing department is going to send some nasty emails Monday to their front office
Either that or updating their resumes...
Someone working for the Coyotes should be doing that all the time, regardless of their job title
