You don't remember him winning an NC at LSU? He was playing pretty darned well last season when he got hurt and missed the rest of the season.

The "crazy" part is this team play is about a season early. The plan was more for next year- as you can see by their pretty shaky O line. But here we are.

I don't. I have barely watched the NC$$ either TBH.

They've said about ten times he would be the only #1 pick to lead his team to the SB in year 2.
 
What happened to Romo? First couple years on the gig he was great. He was reading defenses and situations well enough to the point it felt like he had 95% accuracy in stating what the offense was going to run. It seemed revolutionary. Here was a color guy who was not just recapping plays, but seeing ahead and flat out predicting them. Now all he does is say things like “oh man, Jim, I can’t believe this is happening. The Bengals. This is crazy. Who would’ve thought.”

Did CBS tell him to tone down the play calls? Has the game already changed enough since he left he’s not sure what is going to be run? It’s like he only has two modes: Nostradamus or General Platitudes.
