Cincy's thug linebacker gets a $75K fine, not for coming from behind and going low into Martellus Bennett's knee but for stomping on LaGarrette Blount's foot.

I thought the low hit was worse than the stomp. Could've ended Bennett's season on a play that he wasn't even involved in.

So repeatedly throwing cheap shots, stepping on guys after plays and trying to decapitate Antonio Brown in the playoffs last year nets you 3 games and a 75k fine. Deflategate nets 4 games for Brady, 2 lost draft picks and a record fine for Bill B. Guess the NFL doesn't consider attempting to end other players' season/careers or maybe even paralyzing them "conduct detrimental to the league"....

One is cheating and the other is being a thug. The difference is that only one of those will impact the extraordinary sums of money bet on the games. Once you lose the integrity of the game result, it's over Johnny.

The penalties could be written into the union contract/agreement, also. Some suspensions have been considered too light, but that was the max the NFL could dole out.

Those packers unis are some if he worse I've ever seen. They look like absolute garbage in all whites.

I think they look fine. Look a lot like a college team. More surprised they didn't keep them in darks and give them green pants. The jerseys aren't different so unless there's a large NFL pants market I'm unaware of this isn't even a merchandise grab.

I swear this isn't snark. How are they different? They look exactly the same to me.

Honestly I think they look very good. Am I missing something obvious?
