Can someone explain to me why that was a fumble? He had both knees on the ground and the ball came out when he hit the ground.

So right now I'm not seeing Philly D getting credit for recovering that fumble at the end of the first half. Guess I should hope they fix the scoring on that eventually.

Need every point this week.

Thanks for explaining the rule, I guess I've heard it improperly cited enough times by announcers I didn't realize if you went down on your own you could fumble while down.

Is the Giants defensive plan to just get Eli on the offense back on the field as soon as possible?
