Paul, there's a better movie here. Mostly because there really isn't a whole lot of chemistry between the characters. Occasionally some of it comes out but it ends up being a long list of one line jokes, most of which aren't all that great, with characters you don't really care about.

Worth seeing but I'd suggest a rental.

The only thing I know about Jennifer Lawrence is the quote they play during radio commercial breaks for the KFAN morning show (they replay quotes and bits during commercial breaks on iheartradio). In reference to Winter's Bone "I don't know how old Jennifer Lawrence is, I will wait for her". :p

You know more about her than I did, going into the movie. And I'll pass either way.

I wouldn't pass, I find her pretty attractive. She is evidently going to be Mystique in the next X-Men movie.

I expected that, too. Still would pass. She's not ugly by any means, but I find her meh.

She has a young looking face, but a nice body, from the pictures on IMDB. And since she's of age, I'd probably agree with you on the not passing tidbit.

Looking forward to "The Fighter" in the next couple days. It's sitting on my table, just need to be in the mood to watch it.

It depends on the picture. Some make her look really young, which obviously isn't a turn on. But there are others where she doesn't look like a minor at all.

The Fighter

All awards were deserved. Quality movie. Bale is going to be remembered as one of the greats, that's for sure.

That is probably because there are some pictures out there that are a few years old, so she is a minor in them.

I am watching the film Stargate...I forgot how much I enjoy this movie. :)
 
Went and caught a midnight showing of Suckerpunch on IMAX tonight. Kinda wished they had just said the heck with it and let the movie be an R. It practically was one, and I think they cut a ton of stuff out of it to get it to a PG-13. An unrated directors cut of Suckerpunch would be pretty cool to see. Kinda hard to really screw up a movie with steam powered Nazi zombies.
