I know right, it was an odd remark. They made those shots count, but we did sound awful, overall that period.
Don't contest the evaluation, just appreciate the net result. ;)

UMA 2 UNH 3, Period 3

UMA 2 UNH 3, Period 3

Thompson grabs the puck, jumped into the air, tossed the puck and got hit. Causes a whistle, could have been a delay of game penalty, nothing doing, just a face off.

I'm surprised they can even skate on the giant Slush-Puppie that is the Mullins Center.

Manz with a shot that gets tipped, saved, and a big rebound that UMass recovers and clears.

UNH finally clears it for a change.

12:50 to go as the puck's in the stands.

Yo, UNH, best defense is a good offense, wake up please.

The Mullins has traditionally had terrible ice. Whenever there is a humid day, or if it is above 50 degrees outside, the ice turns into mush.

The problem is that there is one single compressor running for both nearly olympic-sized sheets.

One would think that with all the construction on campus, they could fix this. Especially for a team that is emphasizing speed and finesse.

Audio now evidently a choice between real-time quasi-intelligible underwater garblespeak and much-delayed-but-crystal-clear iTunes (.m3u) via WMTK.

Pick your poison. :D
