Obviously, after a lengthy review, the zebras disagreed with me, though.

I personally believe that reviews should NOT be done by on-ice officials, by the way, just like they aren't done by on the field officials in other sports.

The 2nd goal was good. Massa did not get touched until the puck was in the net. Plus, the puck was about waist high...that would have been one hell of a kick.

EDIT: FWIW, the Midco Feed is in HD, but FCS airs it in SD.

Poolman with a great shift...I said it last night, but I LOVE how he plays. If every player on the team played with his intensity and hustle, we'd never lose a game.

Omaha doing a really good job on the kill...North Dakota not able to get much possession in the offensive zone.

LaDue will now head to the box for North Dakota, and we'll skate 4x4 for :29, then Omaha will have 1:31 of powerplay.

This is a big point in the game. It was around this time last night when Omaha really came on strong and carried play for much of the rest of regulation.

Omaha now on the powerplay...

We played well last night for good chunks of the game, but weren't able to generate a whole lot of grade A chances (and shot several of the ones we did have wide or right at Massa).

But yes, I think we're playing a bit better tonight than last night.

McIntyre comes up with another great save as Omaha came in on a 3x2. mcIntyre left a juicy rebound, but came up big with the follow up save.

Not sure why the Sioux were spending more time trying to freeze the puck up against the back of the net than trying to play defense, but Omaha never quit on the play, and they are back within a goal.
