There are also only 5 Big Ten teams playing D1 hockey right now. 3/5 of the conference making the tourney, and one advancing to the Frozen Four sounds great to me.

I know this thread was started as an insult, but I say we turn into something productive; basically talks about the league, teams, speculations and info about the Conference tourney, etc.

Ylae* had a season this year?! Maybe they will be ranked #1 again in the next ten years so everyone can be reminded they have a team.

I believe that the title states that the NCHC is "elite", not that it sucks.
