Yep. That one really hurt.

2nd period over. 2-0 Miami. I really don't see North Dakota coming back tonight. I hope I'm wrong, but puck just isn't bouncing their way. They played well for large chunks of that period. The MacMillan cross bar might have been the turning point.

Well...Ohio State will advance to the B1G Championship. New Hampshire is still up 3-1. QU and Colgate are in OT.

This team just can't seem to get it going in big games... lots of sloppy puck handling. Well, if they lose it will probable save me the drive to the cities tomorrow.:(

If Quinnipiac wins, I believe then North Dakota needs to win tomorrow and have EITHER New Hampshire or Ohio State lose.

If Colgate wins, I believe then North Dakota needs to win tomorrow and have BOTH New Hampshire and Ohio State lose.

How high were your expectations for the team this year? Mine weren't too high. Perhaps they even overachieved a bit.

Yeah, we just really struggle offensively. We don't have the top end scorers that can essentially score on their own. That's why we need to get a lead. We're a very good front runner because we can play great defense and force the other team to press, and we have enough talent to make teams pay for their mistakes. If we get behind, we just don't have that one guy we can go to for offense.

So far there hasn't been much help from the teams we need to win to help Pairwise. I don't look for much tomorrow either.
