He already fired one coach who won a national championship and assembled the best team we've had in a 15 years.

Gophers can't get quality shots on net. Yale's blocking shots and the Gophers still missing the net or settle for a little backhand.

I think it's safe to say the big name players on our team are not quite "nhl ready". Either that or they are just being lazy. How was last year's team so much better than this one?

two or three years ago this game is over, but I still think the gophers can pull this out.

Different scenario. People had been hunting for Tubby's head since January, and much of the last couple years. Also, Tubby's title was with a different school.

Lucia had been well considered most of the season. Last year the Gophers didn't so much bomb out as ran into a juggernaut what was BC.

Honestly, there doesn't seem to be much urgency on the part of the Gophers. Maybe the PP will help? You guys do know it's one and done right?

Bjugstad would play a few games this year since FLA is terrible, but no one expects any of the others to be NHL ready. It's the money that entices them.
