As one who sat through three overtimes and a few minutes of a fourth in a BU/St. Lawrence regional I can tell you that there are 20 minute sudden death overtimes until someone scores. No 4:4

3 on 3 for five minutes. If no one scores they remove the goalies. After two more minutes if no one scores it goes to a shootout.
