NCAA Quarterfinals: Dartmouth at #2 Cornell, 3/12 at 2PM

Re: NCAA Quarterfinals: Dartmouth at #2 Cornell, 3/12 at 2PM

First FIVE (of six) articles at ECAC site are about or feature Cornell. Last one features, shows, Dartmouth. UNBALANCED!
Presents seeming one women's team victory before puck dropped?
Any apologists?

Wish I could be out there.

Makes me sore!

ECAC just posts stories created by local media. Cornell's student newspaper and the Ithaca Journal have done a great job of covering the Big Red Women's hockey team. If you want to see more stories on Dartmouth get on The Dartmouth and other local newspapers. The ECAC will post them.

You funny. NO hidden agendas, though...

Good luck and Congratulations to Cornell women.

Congratulations Cornell, hope the Ivy League brings back the title!

Thank you Dartmouth for a great season. We're proud of you. Great leadership from Captain Katie Horner and the other seniors, Alyssa Boehm, Larissa Roche and Amanda Trunzo.

Learning as I go (maybe) have to make sure what you report is in fact the case (NOT personal this checking...) I did think the initial Cornell piece at ECAC site might have been from the college co-op. Maybe Dartmouth's co-op also needed to post ads, etc.

Gene Cohn are you listening? :)

Good luck!

Very impressed with Eagles today!

If it isn't currently to be the Green, I would like to see an eastern women's team prevail this year. That has been from the get go IMHO, Cornell. I saw you all hugely talent laden and seemingly NEW names kept appearing.

Test for coach (of the year), perhaps: live up to the talent you attracted to Ithaca campus.

P.S. Maybe Dartmouth needed to choose a higher goal, so to speak, than goal of surprising ('...a few people.') Could YOU-collectively, you-have done so, chosen a higher goal given where they were initially expected to finish (eighth in ECAC)?

Yet, H D Thoreau says, "Aim high..."

Thought Dartmouth fans would appreciate seeing the post-game press conference with Dartmouth's captain Katie Horner and Coach Hudak. Have to say Miss Horner is truly a class act. I look forward to future battles against such a great program.

Congratulations Cornell, hope the Ivy League brings back the title!.

Congrats to the Big Red on their Victory today. This ECAC fan will be cheering you to bring the big prize east next weekend.

Your motto should be the quote of the day uttered earlier today by a Big Green Fan:

"...Aim high..."

mattj711: Thanks for web page. I watched it and enjoyed. I like our coach. He has fun with team, I think. Ran my own business aiming for people to have fun, as well (still do...) In Peter's and Waterman's best seller, "In Search of Excellence", they found as you may know that the best product was produced where people were having the most fun. Too, coach delegates responsibility and freedom to his assistants. Good guy, frankly!

Bring the trophy east!
