Ok Lakers, I'm pulling out the hockey stick a player gave me after our 12 - 6 win over Army in a 1980 Div II ECAC playoff game. Play well, your elders are watching!

I think the Lakers are going to come out absolutely gunning this game. I hope that the sting of the defeat in this game last year really stays with them and they get that intangible second wind to propel them to a victory, I wanna see another shot at a national title. LETS GO LAKERS!

Last year seemed to stay with them alright...but it looked more like they were playing with alomst no sense of urgency at all...reminds me of a few games ago when they just seemed to go through the motions...the only differnece is they actually shot the puck this time. Oswego may have been the better team on paper but Adrian showed up...Oswego needs to go take tome to forget this game on the shores of Lake Ontario...luckily its beautiful up there once spring decides to arrive.

Third times a charm maybe in Lake PLacid next year?? :)

Better team won tonight - a large group of seniors on a four year mission...hats off to them...Lakers have nothing to be ashamed of, but this does hurt....

Agree...Lakers will have their shot again. It will take some magic for Adrian to get this kind of talent again.....

This is true...but hopefully the postseason success will help sell the program to potential recruits. We can only hope to someday be as well-known as other great programs such as yours at Plattsburgh. and Oswego, Norwich, SNC, etc...

Keep winning and your problem won't be getting quality talent - it will be adding a couple thousand seats to that 500 seat rink!!!

Given where the arena is, I don't think that's happening anytime soon. And no, we're not building a new arena. :D
