Augustana still has 18% chance to get in, including as high as #14. Basically, no seed stealers. I haven't checked to see what other games they need to go their way.
It's all HEA- dependent. I played around with the predictor, but can't remember the exact scenarios.

The other 2 potential at large teams if there aren't any more bid thefts are UMass and UConn.

Well, that’s what I get for assuming math. Looks like they actually have the highest at large remaining, so I’d assume they’re back in with UMass and UConn losses in the semis.

If the Golden Knights win in Lake Placid, the ECAC will send 3 3-bands (Cornell, Dartmouth, Q) and 1 4-band (Clarkson) and Westbrain will spontaneously ragebust thinking they're still in the '90s.

1. Michigan vs. 25. Bentley
8. Dartmouth vs 9. Cornell

2. North Dakota vs 15. UConn
7. Providence vs 10. Penn State

3. Michigan State vs 14. St. Thomas
6. Duluth vs 11. Quinnipiac

4. Western Michigan vs 13. UMass
5. Denver vs. 12. Wisconsin

Only issue is the ECAC 8/9 game, so move Cornell and PSU and we’re all set.

Conference breakdown: Big Ten - 4, NCHC - 4, ECAC - 3, HE - 3, CCHA- 1, AHA - 1
IN: UConn
OUT: Augustana

I don't see any way Bob isn't behind the bench next year. This was a very bad season, historically bad season, but you don't fire someone who has hung a banner for the previous 5 years because of 1 bad season. Especially after taking into account all the players they lost at the end of last year.
I'm really not a rah rah Bob type. I think he is a good not great coach. But he is not going anywhere for at least another season. We'll have to wait and see how things look in 2027.

Friends and family crowds in Albany and Worcester.

This is the most boring conference tournament week I can remember. Almost no deviation among the top seeds, a small bubble and not many realistic chances for spoilers.

Plus, he still has two years left on his contract.

Frost’s contract ran out this year. Easier to replace him.
