Yale up 2-0 on N Dakota with 4:00 to go in the 2nd

Miami 2, Ala-Huntsville 1 ... Final

BC 3, AK-Fairbanks 1... Final

Yale now up 3-0 on a goal by Mark Arcobello. N Dak is in big trouble.

End to end hockey... good stuff to start the game....

Interesting sidenote: UNH plays on the biggest ice surface in college hockey (200'x100') and RIT plays on the smallest (185'x85').

Bobby Butler nearly makes it 1-0.. and this is total firewagon hockey..... not sure RIT wants to play like this with UNH. It is like playing with fire.

Would love to see an UNH-Miami final. Two fanbases who have suffered close calls but no titles.

Hey Buccigross, if it's close to icing because the guy is behind the red line don't insult everyone's intelligence by re-writing history and saying he achieved the red line. He didn't. The linesman gave him the benefit of the doubt because he was very close to it.

the TBD line nearly scores... Thompson fires and tips off the glove of DeMichiel... but then RIT comes down and pressures on a good rush. This is fun!

Hey, Richard! Welcome!! Pretty fun game so far... have to think that if you don't have a horse in this race, it would be outstanding to watch. A bit heart-pounding for those of us that do, though...
