Official Ruling...ilikehockey will be able to use point values of 3-5 for the games he has picked. NOT picking games in time does not give someone an advantage, therefore, I am allowing him to use these point values to penalize as least as possible for not picking those games in time.
As a side, for those who pick all 5 games but do not put point values on them, I will assign the highest point values to those games picked incorrectly.
