tBrenthoven and tbbdl are planning on attending this series. Both hope for a repeat of last year's series. That was fun.

Biddy hopes there will be no repeat of last year. Hopefully the Bulldogs have learned from last year.

Although perhaps Biddy should keep "sandbagging" as it worked out well a month ago. :)

SG will be attending this Friday with the Mrs and will be sitting lower bowl for the first time ever at Amsoil Arena. SG is excited for some hockey.

Strictly_B read from Kevin Pates that Cody Danberg, Austin Farley, and Wade Bergman are suspended for Friday's game for violating team rules. Andy Welinski is still out from the beach tournament and is projected to skate against Colorado College, meaning he'll be out this weekend. Aaron Crandall is injured but noted as day to day. Drew Olson, who was injured at the beach tourney is okay to skate this weekend. tPuppies are going to have interesting lines.

tTwitch wishes to make an appearance in this historic thread.

tTwitch understands this is a Trap Game, but isn't too concerned about a possible letdown in the afterglow of the GLI win. tTwitch feels the week off was sufficient time to let any afterglow settle and get back to work. Watch tTwitch be proven horribly wrong.

tTwitch would attend this game dressed as Admiral Ackbar.

Strictly_B also saw that Bruce Ciskie says Mel Pearson doesn't know if Blake Pietila will make tTrip.

SG is not surprised. SG understands tMel doesn't want to rush Blake back and cause issues from his return from Russia. SG was surprised to see Reilly played for Minnesota last night but SG has no idea how much Reilly played and realizes it was a home game for the gophers.

I don't think it will be a repeat of last year. There's no way tUMD jumps out to a lead with the way they played over the break...

3 points at worst for Tech.

Strictly_B is very upset still over this game. Strictly_B wanted ND to run the Gofs over. Both Reilly and Lucia played, either one looked to be performing their best, although they didn't perform bad.

one last time? SG doesn't know what you're talking about. UMD and MTU are scheduled to play each other at least the next 2 seasons after the western shuffle.

Dirty thinks UMD is out of control. Bunch of goons who should not be allowed into the pristine NCHC next year. Dirty wonders if Captain Danberg commissioned a Sex Boat Cruise on Lake Superior?

If it was a Sex Boat Cruise Danberg was super smart. Only three guys and Biddy assumes hundreds of women? Harvard of the Midwest indeed.
