Are the cis okay?
At one time, the Maple Leafs and the Detroit Lions were good. But over the last 50 years, they've become laughably inept.

The last 15 years, I would vote the Bills. ONLY NFL team to not make the playoffs in that time period. I mean...that's some serious ineptitude.

but when clevetown is at 12 and they have NEVER EVEN MADE A SUPER BOWL, there is not much sympathy left for the buffalo norwoods :D

Did this year eliminate the Cubs From consideration?

They've had two playoff runs in the past 10 years or so. That's more than can be said about the Lions. Still, only the Lions, that I know of, can boast be holding the only Perfect Loser season in any of the top leagues here. I was really hoping for a round 2 on that this season, but they went and ruined that, too.

TB Bucs went winless one season. Their "knock" is an eventual SB title.

As for the Bills, that's why I said past 15 seasons.

For 50 years...I do think other teams are worthy of conversation, but would have to do some minor research to confirm. Say, the Browns.

They're playing good right now too, which means they decided not to tank for picks.
