I had to walk to a computer lab to do some coursework in that storm. On the radar, it had rotation seemingly like a hurricane (but obviously not).

Yup... Same basic setup as this storm, albeit a bit less wind... Radar was just one continuous blue streak flowing inland off of Lake Superior.
